Had a great time catching up with a friend. Everything was good on the menu except for the shrimp (had shells and veins), waiter was good, had no wait for the line. Good atmosphere and prices. The issue came when I got an additional charge in my balance (not on the receipt). My total was around $60, I left a $15 tip but they ended up charging me $118 instead of around $75 so my best guess is that they forged a $60 tip instead of the $15 tip which is really unfortunate. I still like iron age, this isn't my first rodeo there, but the mgmt needs to look into these types of incidents if they become consistent. Maybe would go back, but not to this location.

This is the first time I visited Iron Age after it had been recommended to me a while back. I had never been to any place like it. The thought of me having to cook my own food at a restaurant seemed odd. My wife and I decided to have a date for Mother's Day and visited this place. We walked in right around 10 PM and the place wasn't busy at all. We did not have to wait to be seated. The music they had wasn't to my liking and it was a little louder than I would've liked but it wasn't an issue. Everything was going fine, we enjoyed the food and I would add, the waitress was attentive and helped us with the questions we had. However, the issue came when it was time to pay. When I asked for the check, I noticed it had a $16 group service charge, which I thought seemed odd because as far as I know, that can only be added or it's only added to groups of 5 or more, even 6 people. I don't think it's right for them to add that charge just because they feel like it. I think they should be upfront about it and expect there will be no added tip and not even ask for it on the receipt if I'm already paying for the service. I hadn't noticed, but the receipt says we were 5 guests, which is ridicul

Please bring back the old rice cakes! During my visit this week I learned iron age has recently changed the recipe/brand of Tteokbokki they serve. The texture of the new ones are awful. I have to go elsewhere to get my rice cake fix now.

Tried Iron Age for the first time at this location and had a great experience! We came on a Saturday around 3 PM and were seated immediately, which was a great start. The service was fast, and our server, Nhi, truly made the visit memorable. Since it was our first time, she went above and beyond—helping us cook and cut the food, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and well-seasoned overall. The shrimp and lemon pepper chicken were both really good, but the standout for us was definitely the Iron Age steak—so flavorful! The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark was the pork belly, as it wasn’t marinated or seasoned like the others. Overall, excellent customer service and a fun dining experience. Highly recommend!
